Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Services. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (b) you are not located in, or a resident or citizen of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions), and you are not on any U.S. or international sanctions list; (c) your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including gaming and financial-services laws; and (d) you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services.

Prediction markets are not available in all jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict or decline service at our discretion, including based on your location, IP address, or regulatory changes.

You must register an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fliiick.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may open only one account. Multi-accounting, use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions, account sharing, automated registration, and use of the Services on behalf of a third party without written authorization are prohibited and may result in account termination and loss of accumulated FP.

fliiick is free to use and free of real money. The Services run entirely on fliiick Points (“FP”), a virtual score used to play.

• FP cannot be purchased. There is no way to buy FP, and we do not sell it. FP is earned by using the app — checking in, making calls, and taking part in squads, games and draws.
• FP has no cash value and is not money, currency, credit, a deposit, a security, a token, or property. It cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, goods or services, and it cannot be sold, traded or transferred between accounts or off the platform.
• Nothing you win is redeemable. Prizes in draws, games and leaderboards are paid in FP and stay inside the app.
• FP is a revocable licence to use a feature of the Services, not a balance you own. We may adjust, expire or reset FP to correct errors, abuse or exploits.

Because no real money is involved, fliiick does not offer real-money gambling, does not accept deposits, does not process withdrawals, and does not take custody of customer funds. There is no cash prize, no cash-out, and no promotional cash reward of any kind.

Market questions and prices shown in the app are sourced from public prediction-market data (including, for example, Polymarket, Kalshi and Manifold) and are provided for information and entertainment. Making a call in fliiick places no order with any exchange, venue or operator, and creates no financial position, exposure or entitlement.

Squad games, draws and leaderboards are contests of entertainment played with FP. Entry never costs real money. The weekly draw awards FP prizes only; official rules, eligibility and the draw schedule are shown in the app.

The Services are intended for users aged 18 or over. They may simulate the form of prediction markets, but no real-money gambling is offered and no wager of anything of value is accepted.

fliiick is free. There is no subscription, no transaction fee, no performance fee, and no in-app purchase. Standard data charges from your mobile carrier or internet provider may apply.

If we ever introduce paid features, we will give prior notice and updated Terms, and you will be free to stop using the Services.

Each market shows its question, resolution criteria, source and end date. Outcomes follow the public data source that market is drawn from, or, for private and squad markets, the resolution declared by the person who created that market.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. We do not guarantee its accuracy, and we may void, correct or re-settle any market, game or draw where data is wrong, a source fails, or a result was produced by an error or an exploit — adjusting FP accordingly.

• You cannot lose money using fliiick, because no money is involved. FP is not money and losing FP is not a financial loss.
• AI features are informational and for entertainment only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing in the Services is an offer or recommendation to trade anything.
• Nothing in the Services should be relied on to make real-world financial decisions.
• The Services simulate prediction-market mechanics and include game features. If you feel your play is becoming compulsive, you can take a break or delete your account at any time from Settings.

You will not, and will not attempt to, use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, or third-party right.
• Manipulate questions, rankings or rewards, for example by coordinating with other accounts, using more than one account, or exploiting a bug.
• Interfere with the integrity or security of the Services, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, probing for vulnerabilities, or using bots or other automated systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions, identity verification, or account limits.
• Post, transmit, or promote content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringing, or that breaks the community standards in Section 10.
• Launder funds, finance terrorism, or engage in sanctions evasion.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Services without written authorization.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including freezing balances, suspending or terminating accounts, reporting to authorities, and pursuing legal remedies.

You retain ownership of the content you post (handles, posts, comments, shared predictions). You grant fliiick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and we may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate the community standards in Section 10.

The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), are owned by fliiick or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms, fliiick grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

The Services integrate with third-party services (including public market-data providers, analytics, and app stores). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. fliiick is not responsible for third-party services and does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee them.

The Services include YouTube features that show YouTube videos using YouTube API Services. By using the Services’ YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. fliiick does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or free of harmful components. fliiick disclaims all liability for decisions you make based on AI outputs, market data, or content available through the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties, in which case this disclaimer may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will fliiick or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. fliiick’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid fliiick in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they may not apply to you.

Contact support@fliiick.com about the service, your account, content concerns or a dispute. Include enough information to identify the issue, but never send passwords or verification codes. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or privacy law.

You may close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms (including the community standards in Section 10), applicable law, or for the protection of users or the Services. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17) will continue to apply.

Use of the Services remains subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use the Services where prohibited or removes any mandatory consumer protection.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide advance notice by email, in-app notice, or by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Services.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and fliiick regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Notices to you may be provided via email or in-app. Notices to us must be sent to support@fliiick.com.
